Political Advocacy Policy

Pursuant to applicable federal tax laws, The Mind Trust may not publish or distribute statements on behalf of or in opposition to candidates for public office or otherwise participate or intervene in political campaigns on behalf of or in opposition to such candidates. The Mind Trust may provide objective information, solely on a nonpartisan basis, to candidates for public office on issues related to the improvement of public education. The Mind Trust will not offer to a candidate for public office any advice, recommendations, or other suggestions for the purpose of political campaign strategy or tactics.
