A great school doesn’t only require an exceptional school leader. It also requires a diverse and committed board of directors who can provide essential support and oversight. Charter schools and Innovation Network Schools supported by The Mind Trust are nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations governed by an independent board responsible for the school’s financial stability, academic results and strong leadership.
Many of our schools are currently, or will be in the future, looking for dedicated board members from various expertise and professional backgrounds. If you are interested in serving on a board, please take a few minutes to complete this short profile, which will be made available to school leaders in need of new board members.
The Mind Trust will also host quarterly meet and greet events with 1-2 schools in need of board members for potential candidates or those interested in learning more about each school. The next event will he held Thursday, March 8th 5:30-7pm at Spoke and Steele. Click here for more information and to RSVP.
