Executive Assistant to the CEO
Kay Mason manages The Mind Trust’s office and provides scheduling and relationship management support for the leadership team. She joined The Mind Trust after holding positions as a legal assistant and executive assistant at Mayflower Transit, Inc., Resort Condominiums International, the Christel DeHaan Family Foundation, and Christel House International, where she managed logistics for overseas trips, events, and international conferences.
Kay joined The Mind Trust out of a belief that every child, no matter their race or income, deserves an excellence education. During her tenure, she has been incredibly heartened to see the organization’s staff more and more come to reflect the students and communities The Mind Trust serves. She is an active volunteer at St. Malachy Catholic Church in Brownsburg, Indiana.
