Kay manages The Mind Trust's office and provides scheduling and relationship management support for the leadership team. She joined The Mind Trust after holding positions as a legal assistant and executive assistant at Mayflower Transit, Inc., Resort Condominium International, the Christel DeHaan Family Foundation, and Christel House International, where she managed logistics for overseas trips, events and international conferences.

Kay joined The Mind Trust because she believes every child should have the opportunity to receive an excellent education and wants to support The Mind Trust's efforts to provide that for all kids in Indianapolis. She is an active volunteer at St. Malachy Catholic Church in Brownsburg.
