As Director of Community Engagement, Holly supports advancement of The Mind Trust’s efforts to foster a better understanding of education innovation work in neighborhoods and communities across the city. She helps coordinate robust community engagement activities, including community conversations, bus tours to high performing schools, and other efforts to engage with the community.
Holly also provides support to The Mind Trust’s Fellows as they design and launch new schools to ensure they authentically engage with the communities they serve before, during, and after school launch.
Before joining The Mind Trust, Holly worked for more than 10 years at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), where she supported the NCAA’s Academic and Membership Affairs division. Holly earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and supervision from Purdue University. She has been a volunteer for Big Brothers-Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity, Noble Dream Team of Indiana, and the American Cancer Society.
