As Manager of School Supports, Paula Glover coordinates events, communication, and data to advance The Mind Trust’s strategy of building a strong ecosystem of talent and academic supports to create high-quality schools for all students.
Glover has more than eighteen years of experience in managing the implementation of impactful, effective training for professionals in the insurance and telecommunications industries. In her previous roles, she worked across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions to deliver technical training and development programs related to communication, team building, and management skills.
Glover also manages the Youth and Family Resources ministry of The Way Church. Through this program, she has mentored young adults, helped develop the church’s youth ministry curriculum, and recruited youth coaches to assist in teaching and mentoring programs. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Apparel, and Merchandising from Indiana State University. She also volunteers as a facilitator for several programs for middle and high school students at the Center for Leadership Development (CLD), including the Self-Discovery/Career Exploration Project and the Imani Book club.
