Paula Glover
Director of Recruitment and Project Management
As Director of Recruitment and Project Management, Paula Glover cultivates relationships, builds and maintain partnerships with education support providers, and works with the Great Schools team to provide targeted support for Indianapolis schools.
Glover has more than eighteen years of experience in managing the implementation of impactful, effective training for professionals in the insurance and telecommunications industries. In her previous roles, she worked across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions to deliver technical training and development programs related to communication, team building, and management skills. Glover is also a certified coach and has experience as an executive coach with leaders in ministry and the corporate world.
Glover also manages Leadership Development and Coaching at her church, The Way Church. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Apparel, and Merchandising from Indiana State University. She also volunteers as a facilitator for several programs for middle and high school students at the Center for Leadership Development (CLD), including the Self-Discovery/Career Exploration Project, College Prep and the Imani Book club.
A life-long learner, Glover enjoys reading, binge watching crime documentaries, and taking care of her pets, which includes 3 cats (Ian, Malibu and Conrad), a Yorkie (Noel), puggle (Lailah), and her pride and joy, a Great Dane named Charlotte. She is also the proud mother of 2 adults, James (Senior at Claflin University) and Lydia (Educator and Coach at Allegiant Prep Academy) Paula firmly believes that ALL children deserve access to a high quality education, where they can achieve positive life outcomes, parents who are partners in their children’s education, and teachers who know they are affirmed and valued.
