Since 2006, The Mind Trust has worked to support K-12 education talent at all levels. Our current fellowships support educators who are working to grow their leadership in the classroom, and at the building and network level.
We have supported the launch of more than 50 public charter and innovation schools in Indianapolis through our fellowship and investment work. The Mind Trust’s team works to understand each fellows strengths, areas for growth, and creates plans that develop leaders in both areas.
