Robin Laverow

As our Controller, Robin Laverow will work closely with the Finance and Operations team to lead strategic financial stewardship and oversee the organization’s accounting and financial functions.

Laverow brings more than a decade of experience across nonprofit, corporate, and public accounting environments. She is a highly analytical and detail-oriented leader with expertise in audit preparation, ERP implementation, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance. She has been performing the functions of Controllership since 2014 and has earned her education and experience requirements to sit for the CPA exam. Known for her ability to manage complex financial operations, improve processes, and produce audit-ready, compliant work, Laverow brings a strong track record of problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. As a lifelong learner, Laverow is honored to support The Mind Trust’s mission.

Laverow holds a Master’s degree in Accounting with a nonprofit focus from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
