Whether they’re overseeing a multi-million-dollar budget, managing program logistics, or streamlining internal processes, this team’s impact is foundational to the organization’s success.
Team and Roles
Senior Vice President of Finance
Corrie Conner Lapp
As Senior Vice President of Finance, Corrie Conner Lapp manages The Mind Trust’s finances and serves on its leadership team. Corrie is responsible for budget development, financial management, and reporting, and manages the organization’s daily operations, including human resources functions, financial reporting to funders and contributors, and reviewing and implementing policies and procedures for The Mind Trust.

Senior Director of Finance and Operations
Madeline Poulakidas
As Senior Director of Finance and Operations, Madeline Poulakidas serves as the organizational lead on risk management and contracts, executing critical financial management and accounting duties, and providing strategic operational support.
“I make sure we have a strong finance and operations foundation that enables our team to build intentional programming focused on the kids, schools, and communities we serve.”
Director of Operations
Dani Neal
As Director of Operations, Dani Neal leads work on the Operations and Finance team related to accounting functions, technology support, and management of Board of Directors meetings and communication. She also supports the team with human resources functions and implementing policies and procedures for The Mind Trust.

Executive Assistant to the CEO
Kay Mason
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, Kay Mason manages The Mind Trust’s office and provides high-level administrative and logistical support, enabling the leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives and leadership responsibilities. As the first face guests see in our office, she provides a positive first impression and a welcoming experience. She also supports with meeting and event set-up for leadership, our board, and all teams at The Mind Trust.

Manager of Operations
Alexis Dunlop
As Manager of Operations, Alexis Dunlop supports the execution of all duties related to implementing internal processes and programming. She also assists the Senior Director of Finance and Operations with managing team contracts and agreements. She compiles information for reports, maintains records, and works with subcontractors as needed. She also oversees processes related to ensuring financial compliance for all program-related expenses.

Manager of Operations, Indiana Learns
Lorna McClurkin
As Manager of Operations for Indiana Learns, Lorna McClurkin is responsible for compiling information for reports, maintaining all necessary records related to vendor management, and working with subcontractors as needed. She primarily executes all processes related to application management, provider certification, provider onboarding and ongoing support, and collaborates with the team on budget oversight.

Manager of Operations, Indy Summer Learning Labs
Ricky Ganaishal
As Manager of Operations for Indy Summer Learning Labs, Ricky Ganaishlal supports operations, provides technical assistance, and manages projects to sustain and expand Indy Summer Learning Labs. He collaborates with various teams and community partners to ensure successful implementation, record keeping, and operations for the program.
