JaCinda DeVance

Emerging Leaders Fellow JaCinda DeVance is entering an exciting new chapter as the 4–8 Assistant Principal at The PATH School, building on 17 years in special education and her experience as a founding leader at The PATH School since 2020, where she served most recently as Director of Exceptional Learners. Since beginning her career in 2009 as a Life Skills Instructional Assistant in MSD of Pike Township, JaCinda has been a passionate advocate for scholars, helping build systems that support scholar success and access along the way. JaCinda holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences and a Master’s in Special Education from Kentucky State University. She is committed to expanding her impact through instructional leadership, supporting strong teaching, scholar achievement, and a thriving 4–8 school culture.
