The PATH School

Emerging Leaders Fellow Lydia Glover has stepped into an exciting new chapter as the K–3 Assistant Principal at The PATH School, where she brings her deep commitment to rigorous, joyful learning to a new community of students and educators. Since beginning her career at Allegiant Prep Academy in 2021 as an elementary chair, Lydia has played a key role in strengthening curriculum and instruction across grade levels. Lydia holds an honors B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and the Public from Xavier University, an M.A. in Teaching from Marian University, and an M.S. in Educational Leadership from Butler University. She received the 2022 Black Excellence in Education Award and brings that strong lens to her work. Lydia is committed to cultivating joyful, rigorous learning environments for all students.
