Emerging Leader Fellow Stephanie Rendon-Silva plans to further the impact of Circle City Prep (CCP) by creating an inclusive library that represents all students’ cultures and languages. The new library will ensure reading access to all.
Stephanie Rendon-Silva currently serves as the Director of Operations at Circle City Prep and has 6 years of experience in education. Starting as a kindergarten lead teacher in 2018, she earned her way to her current role at CCP.
Rendon-Silva was a participant in the Indiana Latino Expo and the City of Indianapolis Mayor’s Office Axis Leadership Program. She has also been a nominee for Teach For America’s Alumni Award for Excellence in Teaching and Indy Eleven’s Campeones de la Comunidad Awards. Rendon-Silva earned her bachelor of science in family and human development from Arizona State University and her master of arts in teaching from Marian University.
