Alli Vanneman

Alli Vanneman serves as Senior Director of Strategy & Data at The Mind Trust, where she leads the statewide expansion of Summer Learning Labs, secures Charter School Program grants in new states, and oversees data analysis and research to measure organizational impact and inform The Mind Trust’s policy work. She also supports efforts to expand Summer Learning Labs beyond Indiana and leads special projects on emerging technologies.

Before her current role, Alli served as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Manager of Strategy & Expanded Impact at The Mind Trust, and as Marketing & Engagement Manager for Indiana Learns. Prior to joining Indiana Learns, she taught elementary grades at Fox Hill Elementary School in Washington Township and at Success Academy Charter Schools in New York City.

Alli holds a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from St. Mary’s College and a Master’s in Education Policy from Columbia University.
