Senior Director of Individual and Corporate Giving
As our new Senior Director of Individual and Corporate Giving, Genevieve Gaines, will be part of the Development Team to help shape and expand the organization’s development strategy, focusing on individual and corporate giving.
As a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Genevieve brings 14 years of fundraising experience to the role. Before joining us, Genevieve was the Chief Development Officer for Child Advocates and previously held development roles at INHP and Joy’s House. Genevieve currently serves on The Women’s Fund OPTIONS Alumnae Committee and previously spent eight years on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). She was named one of Indy’s Most Pivotal Leaders in 2021 and received AFP Indiana’s Marita R. Scherer Esprit de Corps Award in 2019.
Genevieve earned her bachelor’s degree in public affairs with a focus on nonprofit management and fundraising from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs. She and her husband, Dan, have a daughter, Charlotte, and a chiweenie named Bailey.
