Khalifa Karim
Manager of CT Programs & School Growth
As Manager of CT Programs & School Growth, Khalifa Karim will support the execution of school incubation, school support, and leadership development initiatives across Connecticut and work closely with the Talent & School Growth team in Indianapolis.
Khalifa brings more than five years of experience in program operations and community engagement work across mission-driven organizations and higher education institutions. She is a highly organized and collaborative leader with expertise in coordinating programs, building systems, and managing cross-functional initiatives. Most recently, she served as a Program Specialist at the UConn School of Business, where she built systems and processes for a new graduate program while maintaining the operations of an established one. She has also held multiple roles at Eastern Connecticut State University, where she supported student recruitment and diversity initiatives, and has presented at national conferences, including The Task Force’s Creating Change Conference. Khalifa is known for her ability to foster welcoming environments, manage complex projects, and support meaningful engagement across all stakeholders.
Khalifa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Eastern Connecticut State University and earned her Google Project Management Certification.
