Senior Director of Finance and Operations
As Senior Director of Finance and Operations, Madeline Poulakidas maintains The Mind Trust’s operations and financial business functions to maximize the organization’s efficiency. Poulakidas specifically manages all contracts, financial inflow/outflow and investments, administrative policy research and writing, risk management, and supports the organization’s daily operations.
Previously, Poulakidas worked at DevelopIndy and EmployIndy in business development and marketing. In that role, businesses in Indianapolis were provided and connected to local educational training and resources to stimulate economic growth in the City of Indianapolis. Prior to that role, Poulakidas served as Senior Business Relationship Manager to all Public Safety Departments for the Information Services Agency for the Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County. Poulakidas career in Finance and Operations started by serving as Vice President of Operations for a video production company focused on entertainment creation for children and music publishing for more than seven years.
Poulakidas graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Anderson University and holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Poulakidas is an certified energy medicine clinical practitioner and volunteers as a teaching assistant for students in that role. In addition, Poulakidas serves as the lead Girls on The Run coach for grades 3 and 4.
