As our Executive Assistant, Strategy, Tara Smith provides scheduling and relationship management support for The Mind Trust’s Strategy Team.
Smith brings 19 years of experience supporting her team of colleagues and families in schools. She most recently worked at Brownsburg Community School Corporation and as a speech-language pathologist assistant. In 2023, she was even awarded Staff Member of the Year for Brownsburg Early Childhood Center. Before that, she worked at Franklin County Community Schools.
Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in speech and hearing from Ball State University. From 2020 to 2023, she volunteered as a mentor in the Mentors of Rush County Empowering Youth.
