Manager of Development: The Manager of Development will be responsible for managing the organization’s development strategy, including organizing and executing fundraising efforts. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Strategic Alignment and Operations, the Manager will expand The Mind Trust’s impact on the education ecosystem in Indianapolis by managing all development work.
The Manager will develop and draft all proposals and inquiries to potential funders. In addition, the Manager will be responsible for all back-end operations support for processing gifts and maintaining a robust database as well as ensuring The Mind Trust implements vital and ongoing efforts to engage and thank donors in both traditional and nontraditional ways. The Manager will oversee and manage all grant reporting deadlines for the organization and work with colleagues to ensure the organization meets all reporting and other grants management obligations. The Manager will conduct research and data analysis on donors and prospective donors to expand our base of support, upgrade gifts, and identify motivations/barriers to contributing to our cause.
