The Manager of Donor Relations will be mission-focused and committed to advancing The Mind Trust’s philanthropic efforts. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Manager of Donor Relations will be responsible for supporting all development-related work, including the execution of the organization’s development strategy. Primarily, the Manager of Donor Relations will collaborate with the Director of Development to create and execute a strategy for expanding individual and corporate giving.
The Manager of Leadership and Equity will be responsible for helping to manage the organization’s equity strategy, including organizing and executing internal and external efforts. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Leadership and Equity, the Manager will expand The Mind Trust’s impact on the education ecosystem in Indianapolis by managing the execution of the Racial Equity priorities.
Senior Vice President of Schools
The Senior Vice President of Schools will embody the core values of The Mind Trust, and leverage a strong anti-racist mindset in leading the organization’s efforts to launch new high-quality, autonomous schools, to support existing schools to reach and sustain success, and to recruit, retain, and support talented educators to lead in Indianapolis schools, with the goal of significantly increasing the number of Indianapolis students who attend a high-quality public school.
