Director of Communications
The Director of Communications will be responsible for leading The Mind Trust’s internal and external communications efforts across the organization. To be successful, the Director must: be an independent, self-motivated strategic and operational thinker; possess exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for quality; be able to organize, prioritize and direct a large volume of projects and tasks; seek solutions as an active problem solver; and eagerly partner with all colleagues to collaboratively extend The Mind Trust’s impact. Manager of School Support
The Manager of School Support will be responsible supporting The Mind Trust’s School Support efforts. To be successful, the Manager must: be coachable, take initiative, communicate clearly, have attention to detail, organize and manage data, coordinate multiple projects, be adaptable and dependable and prioritize effectively. This will allow the Manager to successfully plan travel, events and speaking engagements, schedule meetings and coordinate calendars, and manage phone calls and relationships with office visitors, support the organization’s efforts through other administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, conference rooms, and travel.
