Founder and Chief Executive Officer
David launched The Mind Trust in 2006 with former Mayor Bart Peterson to help create an education landscape in Indianapolis that would give every child the opportunity to receive an excellent education.
Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO
Kay manages The Mind Trust's office and provides scheduling and relationship management support for the leadership team.
Executive Vice President
Ken works to ensure strategic alignment across The Mind Trust and with its partners to build The Mind Trust's network in Indianapolis.
Director of Communications and Policy
Francesca leads efforts to inform people about The Mind Trust's critically important work and develop bold plans for systemic change.
Director of Operations
Madeline manages The Mind Trust's accounting, technology and administrative business functions to maximize the organization's efficiency.
Vice President of Education Initiatives
Patrick leads The Mind Trust's efforts to help launch life-changing charter schools and help innovators build initiatives that transform K-12 education through its Charter School Incubator and Education Entrepreneur Fellowship.
AmeriCorps VISTA Fellow
Ellie uses her research and writing expertise to assist The Mind Trust in a variety of areas, including implementing selection and accountability processes for the Charter School Incubator and Education Entrepreneur Fellowship.
Vice President of Development and Engagement
Kameelah leads The Mind Trust's development work and efforts to engage the community in our mission.
Development Manager
Deborah supports efforts to grow The Mind Trust's development efforts and base of supporters.
Development Officer
Sarah works to increase external support for The Mind Trust as part of the development team.
CEE-Trust Executive Director
Ethan leads the Cities for Education Entrepreneurship Trust (CEE-Trust) - a national network founded by The Mind Trust that includes 28 city-based education non-profits, foundations, and mayors' offices across the country.
CEE-Trust Deputy Director
Carrie is deputy director of The Mind Trust's national network, CEE-Trust. She spearheads blended learning work, provides in-depth consulting support to members and helps to grow the network and increase its national impact.
CEE-Trust Associate
Kye develops programs and manages communications strategies and member engagement for The Mind Trust's national network, the Cities for Education Entrepreneurship Trust.
