David launched The Mind Trust in 2006 with former Mayor Bart Peterson to help create an education landscape in Indianapolis that would give every child the opportunity to receive an excellent education.
Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO
Kay manages The Mind Trust's office and provides scheduling and relationship management support for the leadership team.
Senior Vice President of Strategy and Community Engagement
Kameelah leads The Mind Trust's strategic planning and efforts to engage the community in its mission.
Vice President of Communications
A former Deputy Mayor of Indianapolis and a graduate of the MSD Washington Township schools, Steve oversees media and public relations, communications, new media and marketing strategies for The Mind Trust.
Senior Vice President of Education Innovation
As Senior Vice President of Education Innovation, Brandon oversees The Mind Trust's groundbreaking work in growing and expanding high quality schools in Indianapolis. He oversees The Mind Trust's three education incubators with a primary focus on the Innovation School Fellowship, a unique partnership with the Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS), to incubate excellent Innovation Network Schools that serve all students well.
Manager of Policy and Special Projects
Kaitlyn manages The Mind Trust's policy initiatives and provides strategic support and guidance in the team's efforts to develop great schools and ecosystems.
Director of Development and Strategic Partnerships
As Director of Development and Strategic Partnerships, Lauren Rush oversees all aspects The Mind Trust's fundraising efforts, as well as special events, collection and analysis of organizational impact data and other special and strategic projects.
Director of Finance and Operations
Madeline manages The Mind Trust's accounting, technology and operational business functions to maximize the organization's efficiency.
Manager of Education Innovation
As Manager of Education Innovation, Amber Audrain supports and advances The Mind Trust's three education incubators: the Innovation School Fellowship, the Charter School Incubator and Education Entrepreneur Fellowship.
As Strategic Advisor, Sarah Hawkins serves as a thought-leader across The Mind Trust team's work with an emphasis on growing great schools and securing philanthropic support. Sarah is also project manager of many of our special events that elevate engagement with donors and other community leaders in our work.
